If you're looking to create a blog or content website with green, JetBlog needs to be on your list. For only $19.00, you can seriously extend the functionality, SEO, and design of your site.

In this article, we're going to take a look at the jet blog element for green, Review all of the widgets and features that it has to offer, and take a look at the potential use cases.

What’s Jet Blog?

Jet blog is a plugin that helps you display content on your website In an engaging , responsive way. If you build content websites with Elementor, this should be your top add-on plugin Due to its well designed widgets which help you create high quality archive and single post pages.

jet blood comes with six major widgets , including a video playlist, posts pagination, posts navigation, Elementor ticker, Elementor post tiles, and a smart posts list. Just from the names, you can tell that this is a plug-in build for content.

If you post a lot of articles, or any other style of multimedia, this helps you show it in your Elementor website. Even better, you don't need to know any code . In the past, if you wanted to create custom layouts like this, you would definitely need to know PHP, or install a very costly plugin to do this.

Let's take a look at each of the plugins that Jet blog has to offer, and then discuss our own experience with this product (we use Jet Blog in a lot of client websites where visibility and SERP are key).

JetBlog Video Playlist

We covered this in a recent article, but if you publish videos an want to display high quality playlists on your website, this is the plugin to do it. Jet Blog Comes with an Elementor video playlist widget, which allows you to categorize multiple YouTube videos into one section.

It's incredibly well designed, integrates with the Google API, and works very well. You don't even need to have the videos in a traditional YouTube playlist, as you select and add them from individual video URLs. You can add as many videos as you need to the site.

It's simple and easy to use, and the JetBlog video playlist can be customized from coloring to typography to thumbnail style, to more.

Jet Blog Recent Post Ticker

This Elementor widget is meant to go in the header of your website, and displays the most recent posts . You can also set it to display trending posts on your blog. It's a great way to reduce bounce rates and give viral posts even more traffic.

You see recent post ticker is commonly used in major news sites like the BBC, and now it's easy to add this without the need for another plug in directly in Elementor.

Like all JetBlog Elements, this can be customized through native settings found in the Elementor editor. For example, you can change the typography, animation, coloring, number of posts that the ticker displays, and more.

Jet Blog Post Archive Widgets

Jet blog comes with two post archive widgets. These allow you to elegantly display content in an Elementor website, and come with a ton of features that you won't find in The native Elementor installation as well as other Elementor add-ons.

There are two widgets that fall into this category, Elementor post tiles, and smart post lists. Both do different things, so let's take a look at each.

Elementor post tiles does exactly what it says it will; displays all posts (you can even set up custom content types) as tiles. This is a very common way too display content, especially if you post it with high resolution, high quality featured images.

The standard Elementor posts widgets (would you get one purchasing Elementor pro) just don't cut it.

With Smart Posts, you can also easily categories post titles, turning them into slides dependent on the category in which they are posted. If you have a multi author blog with Elementor, this widget is great for you, And can be customized to match your requirements. Customization goes from both the actual color and styling, all the way to the general structure of the display.

You can choose to make this the overall post display in archives, the home page, and more, or show single posts (from a specific category, popularity, date range, and more) in a sidebar, or something like that.

As you can see, content is displayed in well defined columns and categories. This can be customized to display specific queries in specific structures. it's incredibly expandable, and seriously increases the ways that you can display content in an Elementor website.

JetBlog Single Post Widgets

The final two widgets are created to be displayed in multiple areas, but putting them in a single post is a great idea. These two widgets are posts pagination, and posts navigation. They basically offer more ways for you to show related content beneath the general content of a single post. In Elementor, these type of widgets are lacking, so incorporating JetBlog into Elementor is it great idea.

Our JetBlog Review / Experience

We have used jet blog on multiple occasions in client websites. Some of these websites were dedicated content sites, while others had fully featured blogs for SEO marketing and visibility.

We could see this plugin being used in many different types of sites, but the best application is in a site that has a lot of content published consistently. For these type of use cases, the base Elementor installation doesn't really work period it contains columns that help you display and categorize blog posts, but if you're looking for something that's well designed, easy to use, and specifically dedicated for a blog / news site, Jet Blog is where it’s at.

when using this plugin, we end up combining it with many other Crocoblock “Jet” branded plugins. there's a whole ecosystem out there that can be purchased for $80.00 per year, containing a ton of functionality and widgets for Elementor. If you're searching for an add-on that is great for a content site, and offers you a ton of value, getting this as a standalone, or purchasing the whole package can seriously up the design and functionality of your Elementor blog / content website.

We like this company because the plugins are well designed, powerful, and integrate directly into Elementor. Most of the settings can be controlled from the Elementor editor interface. JetBlog Is no exception.

Conclusion

JetBlog Brings a lot of value as a standalone plugin, and if you opt for the bundle of all CrocoBlock plugins, you get even more value for your money. This is specifically designed for Elementor websites that are going to have a lot of content. After all, WordPress is a content management system, designed specifically for blogging. This is the missing link between Elementor and WordPress, and if you're trying to display a lot of content, the widgets that this plugin includes or second to none.
