It also offers custom reporting (not a part of the Moosend Pro plan). The Moosend ENterpsire Plan allows you to add more than 10 team members.
All the plans (including the free plan) of Moosend offer over 100 integrations and API access. These integrations are categorized into CMS, CRM, ecommerce, lead generation, and list validation.
For example, talking about CRM, Moosend integrates with Google Contacts, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Zoho CRM, Sugar CRM, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
I am a firm believer in having access to customer support for marketing and sales tools (the same applies to other software too).
All three plans, Moosend Free Trial, Moosend Pro, and Moosend Enterprise offer a knowledgebase, email support, and chat support. However, having an account manager and priority support team is only possible with their Enterprise plan.
Moosend is a simple yet powerful email marketing software, that offers useful automation, integration, and flexible pricing plans.
It is definitely less expensive than other email marketing solutions. Moosend does not offer its landing page builder for free. And their support is not the best in the industry.
