In this article, We're going to take a look at some underrated websites and what they are used for. The Internet has hundreds of millions of websites that are actively maintained, each offering visitors useful utilities, in depth knowledge , or some other form of value. However, there are many websites that offer much more value than any average experience.

These websites were recommended on the very popular r/AskReddit subreddit. this post gained a ton of traction, because many people are looking for unique websites that help them fulfill everyday tasks. This website is a massive repository of free sheet music that is available as a PDF download. If you are a musician of any type and are looking for sheet music for most songs, you should definitely give this website a visit.

This could be a really helpful utility if you don't have Photoshop but need to remove the background of any image. We tested it out and it did pretty well on an image that had a subject that blended into the background. It's able to recognize her and remove the background from that as well, and works best on well defined foreground and background images. Whatever the case, it's very impressive and 100% free.

This website allows you to listen to radio stations around the world. It's very interesting because you can hear live broadcasts from various cultures, simply by rotating through the globe. It's also helpful if you're trying to listen to local news for your specific geography, but don't have access to a radio.

This service aggregates all of your streaming services in one application and gives you personal recommendations for movie and TV shows that are only available on the services that you subscribe to. It also lets you know when a new movie that you want to watch shows up on that platform. Very helpful if you subscribe to multiple streaming services and are looking for content to watch. It's also free.

CamelCamelCamel

A free and real time Amazon price tracker that gives you history charts, price drop alerts, price watch is, and more. You can use this data to ensure that you're getting the best deal on a product on Amazon. You can also use this to get price matches from other retailers, saving you money.

LightningMaps

Relatively self explanatory, this website gives you real time lightning Maps that allow you to see strikes across the planet. It's helpful to understand if a thunderstorm is coming to you, and pretty interesting to look at in general.

DeepL Translate

A Google translate alternative, this tool utilizes deep machine learning to offer personable and accurate translations. Many other translation tools out there simply match words, but this matches the meaning of the phrase using neural network technology. It's only available for a select number of languages.

They will say that I personally use and enjoy, this offers free images and photos that you can download and use on any project. This includes print advertising, websites, applications, social media, and more. It's completely royalty free and you don't even need to credit the photographer (though you should). images go through a strict vetting process before ending up on the platform, so pretty much everything there is incredibly high quality.

Photopea

A photo editing tool that goes head to head with Adobe Photoshop, and is completely on line. It's also free and available for use without even needing to register or login. You get access to layer functionality, can download the file as a Photoshop document, have a magic wand selector, and a ton of other functionalities that you would only be able to find on a desktop platform.

ToffeeShare

A private and free file sharing platform that is encrypted from end to end and doesn't have a file size limit. This is very helpful if you are trying to share files to a client , and experience issues with other peer to peer file transfer websites.

TheNounProject

A massive collection of over 3 million icons and stock photos. You can download them as a PNG or a SVG , and utilized them in most applications. Unlike many other icon libraries, this website offers high quality assets for free.

Word2CleanHTML

The final entry on our list, this tool converts a Microsoft Word document to HTML format for use on the web. It's helpful if you are looking to convert tables to pure CSS, and maintain the formatting that you applied on Microsoft word when moving to a website. It's also one of the most accurate tools out there.
